About the Role
You’ll translate complex client needs into secure, modern solutions while providing technical leadership across projects. This includes setting technical direction, guiding the team, managing escalations, and ensuring our solutions evolve with emerging technologies. You’ll lead the design, development, testing, and refinement of applications; architect secure systems; resolve complex technical issues; work closely with end users; and drive improvements across development standards, documentation, team capability, and system optimisation.

Skills and Experience
You will be a senior practitioner who is deeply client focused, outcome driven, and committed to delivering high quality solutions; someone confident working across diverse technologies and environments, and who brings curiosity, critical thinking, and a mature, continuously evolving skillset.
Your experience ideally includes:
5+ years’ proven experience in software development, including senior level contribution
Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to deliver tangible improvements to organisational performance and client solutions
PHP/Laravel, Git, Node.js, React, TypeScript
Strong coaching and mentoring capability, supporting the growth and development of other team members
Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (bonus)
Exposure to service management systems and ICT environments
Strong documentation and communication skills
Solid understanding of modern engineering practices, secure development, and coding tools
