As we move into our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Client Success Partner to strengthen and evolve our existing client partnerships across Hawke’s Bay, Manawatū and Whanganui.
This is not a new business role. It’s about retention, growth and delivering measurable value to an established client base.
The Opportunity
Based in Hawkes Bay (with flexibility for candidates based in Whanganui and Palmerston North), you’ll work across these regions.
This role is largely phone-based, centred around proactive client engagement, meaningful check-ins and purposeful conversations. You’ll also be comfortable meeting clients face-to-face when needed.
You’ll act as a key link between our clients and our internal teams - ensuring the right people and expertise are aligned to deliver positive outcomes. Preparation matters here. You’ll use CRM insights and client data to guide conversations, anticipate needs and identify opportunities or risks early.
This is a full-time 37.5-hour-per-week role, however we value flexibility and welcome applications from candidates seeking 30+ hours per week

What Success Looks Like
You’ll bring proven experience in customer service, account management or similar client-facing roles. IT experience is helpful but not essential.
What matters most is your ability to build trust, think commercially and follow through.

A track record of maintaining and growing client relationships
Confidence engaging clients by phone and face-to-face
Strong CRM discipline and organisational capability
The ability to connect business needs with practical solutions
A collaborative mindset and team-first approach
Confidence to lead honest, respectful conversations
You understand that great client experience is intentional - not accidental.
