Our basic deployment package includes essential components:
- Scoping
- Porting of existing lines
- Creation of a Single IVR
- Creation of Hunt Groups (Up to 4 included)
- Setup of Voice Mail (Main Incoming Line)
- Setup of Users & DDI's
Please note that user training, decommissioning of existing phone systems, and on-site hardware setup are not included but we strongly recommend considering training for a smooth transition.
To ensure the best performance, a fibre Internet connection is strongly recommended.
Restrictions/Requirements
Plans start from $8.00 per user per month plus calling plan and setup charges. On a three-year contract, setup and deployment is free. T&C's apply.
