This position is vital to our continued success, serving as a cornerstone in our efforts to expand our client base across various regions.
As a key driver of growth, this role is responsible for:
- Engaging with prospective clients to demonstrate how Yorb and technology can empower their business success.
- Supporting the Yorb ‘WE’ approach by fostering trusted and empathetic relationships with end users.
- Onboarding like-minded clients who seek a long-term, values-driven partnership.
Through a client-focused mindset and a commitment to our ‘WE CAN’ philosophy, this role plays an integral part in shaping meaningful, lasting connections that drive mutual success.
About You
The ideal candidate is a natural connector - someone who thrives on building meaningful partnerships and identifying opportunities that create real value for clients. You have a hunter’s mindset, always seeking new ways to expand our network and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong set of skills that enable you to connect, negotiate, and deliver results, including:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a sales ‘hunter’ environment, with a proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Empathetic and active listening skills, your approach is as much about listening as it is about speaking - leveraging empathy and insight to truly understand client needs.
- Demonstrated success in relationship-building, fostering partnerships grounded in shared values and long-term collaboration.
