The role

Due to growth, Yorb are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer Engineer to join our Palmerston North team.

The position requires you to thrive on ensuring a client's vision can be achieved through the robust, reliable, secure and efficient use of technology.

You will be working alongside an experienced team within our Palmerston North branch, working across multiple systems/technologies.

What we're looking for

The successful applicant will have

  • 4-6 years' + experience in providing either business internal or Service Provider ICT engineering support and project delivery services to SMB/Corporate organisations.
  • Ability to support businesses with advanced technical (tier 3) experience in advising/supporting commercial off the shelf business systems and integration with cloud services
  • Advanced technical experience (design, configure, deploy) on the Microsoft stack - Server OS, Back Office applications, Office 365 suite and Azure suite of services.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in an agile environment, juggling multiple demands on time.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivation and passion, with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent collaboration, relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
