Yorb is a leading Business Technology Partner who has been operating for over 30 years in Manawatu, Whanganui, and Hawkes Bay.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who knows the balance between people and productivity. An innovative and collaborative approach is required to drive initiatives that will fine tune both performance and productivity throughout our technical delivery teams.
You will be well-accustomed to a fast-paced and ever evolving work environment with the ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes. Your ability to build relationships at all levels, understand and challenge existing processes will be your strengths as will your exceptional analytical skills.
This role will see you working effectively to resolve conflict, breakdown barriers to lead our delivery teams to successful client outcomes, and this will require a cool head, a clear concise communication style and that you have mastered the art of problem solving – both people and process.

What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have;
- At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working within cross-functional, collaborative teams
- Experience in leading, inspiring, motivating and building high functioning teams
- An understanding of technology and its application within a business environment
- Ability to translate business / product strategy into requirements and functional specifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivation, proactive, and forward-thinking manner
- Excellent collaboration, relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and resilience to work in a changing and dynamic environment
- Ability to influence others.
